#1. Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
This Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is a flavorful and satisfying dish that’s low in carbs high in deliciousness and perfect for those who want to Lose Belly Fat.

Ground Beef | 1.5 Pounds |
Small Onion Diced | 1 |
Minced Cloves & Garlic | 2 |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Black Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |

Dried Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Dried Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Onion Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |

Sugar-Free Tomato Sauce | 1 Cup |

Here’s The Process –
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up into crumbles. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and continue cooking until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are translucent.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Add black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper I you like spicy. Stir well to combine and let the flavors meld for a minute or two.
- Add the sugar-free tomato sauce, sugar-free ketchup, and mayonnaise to the skillet. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Now take a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the beef mixture evenly on it. Next take the shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle it all over the beef mixture covering it evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
Serve the casserole hot, and if desired, garnish with chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.

Here’s the Process –
- Start with cooking the pasta as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Now add shrimp to the skillet and cook it for 2-3 minutes till it gives a nice pink cooked color. Once done set the shrimp aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the peppers have softened.
- Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Add the cooked pasta and cooked shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta and shrimp are well coated with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pasta is heated through. Once done serve it with the garnishing of chopped fresh parsley.

- In a separate small saucepan, heat the enchilada sauce over low heat.
- Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes or microwave them for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
- Take each tortilla and spoon some of the lentil and sweet potato mixture onto it. Roll it up tightly and place it in a baking dish, seam side down. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Pour the warmed enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas, making sure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
