Hamburger or cheese burger – which one’s your favourite?

Can’t decide… they all taste super delicious!!

One of the reasons they are the most popular FOOD of USA – The people can’t think of their any time without hamburgers.

It’s kinda difficult to skip meaty burgers or choose to become vegetarian or vegan!

I know it gets tough to see your colleague having exotic and soul-satisfying luscious hamburgers. That’s why I decided to share my Best Hamburger Recipe with oats that you surely gonna love.

 

4 Hamburgers Recipe with Oats

Hamburgers recipe with oats tastes less meaty though they are super healthy and equally mouthwatering. You can also have these burgers if you wanna Burn Fat without jumping on a strict diet.

 

#1. Multigrain Beet and Bean Burgers

Multigrain Beet and Bean Burgers

This hamburger recipe with oats is so healthy that even diabetic people can have them as snack.

Ingredients Quantity
Eggs [whisked]2 Large
Cooked Quinoa1 1/4 Cups
Quick Rolled Oats1/2 Cup
Ground Black Pepper1 Tsp.
Garlic Powder1 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp
Tahini2 Tbsp
Salt2 Tsp
Sesame Seeds1 Tbsp
Roasted Beets1 1/2 Cups grated
Northern Beans [Drained & Raised]1 Can [around 5oog]
Flax Seeds2 Tbsp

Process –

Step 1 – First start with roasting the beets. For that preheat the oven to 218°C and slice the beets in smaller chunks. After that toss them with olive oil. Following it take a sheet pan and roast them for another 40 minutes until it gets a little soft.

After it cools grate it down.

Step 2- Now coming to our next step if you don’t have a pastry beater you can whisk it using a whisker but it will take more time and energy.

Take all the ingredients except eggs and start mixing. Once they get mixed and all sticky add eggs and start mixing them again.

Once done, cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3- Following the process take a non-stick skillet and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium flame. Make the patties from the mixture prepared and grill them on the skillet.

It will take 3 to 4 minutes to get a nice golden brown color from both sides.

 

 #2. Sweet Potato Black Bean Burgers

Don’t go by the name! Try this Quaker Oats Hamburger Recipe which tastes like burgers you get to eat in fancy restaurants like MC Donald & KFC.

Ingredients Quantity
Cooked Quinoa1/2 Cup
Oats1/2 Cup
Black Beans [Rinsed & Drained]15 Oz
Onion1 Cup [Roughly Chopped]
Sweet Potato2 Cups Shredded
Flaxseed Meal2 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves3
Water4 Tbsp
Burger Buns, Tomatoes, Sprouts & AvocadoAs per servings
Chilli Powder2 Tsp
Lime1
Coriander1/2 Tsp
Cumin1/2 Tsp
Cayenne1/4 Tsp

Process –

Step 1 -Take oats in a mixer or food processor and process them for 30 to 40 seconds to get coarse flour consistency.

Step 2 – Now take sweet potatoes peel them nicely and sliced in quarters. With the help of a shredding disk attached to a food processor get 2 cups of shredded sweet potatoes. You can also use a normal shredder for it but be careful while using them.

After that mix water and flaxseed meal in it and set it aside.

Step 3 – Now again take the food processor and add onions, garlic, black beans, and lime zest to it. Prepare a mixture out of it with some chunks left and transfer this mixture to a bowl.

Step 4 – In this Burger Patty Recipe mixture add the previous flaxseed meal mixture and stir them all together. For taste add chili powder, cum, pepper, cayenne powder, and salt.

Step 5- Prepare the patties out of this mixture and place them on a baking sheet [Parchment paper] give at least 30 minutes to it before you start baking these patties.

Step 6- Now preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and bake the patties for around 20 – 20 minutes from each side.

Let it cool down before you serve it with buns, tomatoes, sprouts & avocados.

#3.  Pork And Pepperoni Pizza Burgers

Pork And Pepperoni Pizza Hamburgers Recipe with Oats

Kiddos love these burgers!! If you are a mommy and conscious about your kid’s love for street foods try out this recipe.

Ingredients Quantity
Pepperoni1/2 Cup Chopped
Ground Pork1 Lb.
Sandwich Buns6 [For 6 Servings]
Pizza Sauce1/2 Cup
Oregano Leaves1/2 Tsp. Dried
Mozzarella Cheese1 Cup Shredded
Rolled oats1/2 Cup Dry

Process –

It’s damn easy and quick to make!

Step 1 – Take a bowl and add pepperoni, rolled oats, ground pork, oregano, and pizza sauce. Prepare patties with the mixture as per servings required.

Grill the burgers from both sides until it gets a brown color, take the buns place these burners, and add a lot of cheese!!

#4. Tempeh Veggie Burgers

Tempeh Veggie Burgers

If you like the strong nutty flavor of Tempeh try this Hamburgers Recipe with Oats. Apart from being tasty Tempeh is rich in proteins and essential vitamins & minerals.

Ingredients Quantity
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Buns And Toppings Of Your Choice
Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder1 Teaspoon
Tamari1 Tablespoon
Oat Flour2 Tablespoons
Coconut Sugar1 Tablespoon
Yellow Onion1/2 Cup Chopped
Garden Veggie Lightlife Tempeh1 8 Oz Package
Chili Powder1 Teaspoon
Carrots1/4 Cup Grated
Olive Oil1/2 Tablespoon
Ground Flaxseed1 Tablespoon
Nutritional Yeast2 Tablespoons
Balsamic Vinegar1 Tablespoon

Process –

Step 1- Start by chopping Tempeh into larger 4 to 6 pieces and place them in a water pot with a steamer basket. Steam for around 10 minutes, after that, remove it from the basket and let it cool down.

Step 2-  Now take a skillet and put it over the medium flame with ½ tbsp. of olive oil. After the oil gets warm add the chopped onions, and carrots and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Once they get soft and change their color turn off the flame and let it cool.

Step 3- After that put the steamed tempeh along with the mixture of onion & carrot in a food processor. Also add balsamic vinegar, coconut sugar, chili powder, paprika, flaxseed, oat flour & nutritional yeast.

Step 4- Pulse till you get a chopped mixture but don’t overdo it!  Now take a bowl add this Burger Binder Recipe to it and put this bowl in the fridge for 3 hours.

Step 5- After it is chilled start making patties from the mixture. Once done with making patties take a grill add nonstick spray or oil and start grilling them. It will take almost 5 to 7 minutes for patties to get cooked properly from both sides.

Now take the patties, put them on a bun, and add toppings of your choice. I generally prefer mustard sauce, onions, tomatoes, lettuce wrap & tomato ketchup. It tastes yummy!

And yes lots and lots of cheese!!
