  • 4 cups of cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup of almond or soya milk
  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1tbsp earth balance spread
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (our special way recipe below)

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 dry dates

Process- Here we will first make the buffalo sauce then move on to the actual recipe, let’s learn how to make wings step by step.

STEP -1: As we are making the sauce first we need to put all the ingredients for the sauce in a mixer.

The ingredients are- 3tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, and 2 dry dates with water, salt, and paprika powder.

Give all these a quick mix and the sauce is ready. You can keep the sauce in the freezer for later use.

 

STEP -2 : Now on the baking tray lie parchment paper on it. Grease that with oil and preheat to 400-425 Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, wash the cauliflower florets well then rinse them.

 

STEP -3: In a separate mixing bowl add the milk and 3/4th cup of water along with the spices. The batter should be thick enough to coat the cauliflower.

Process- Quickly prepare this meal by following few simple steps-

STEP -1: Place parchment paper on a baking tray and preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

STEP -2 : Next, wrap the tofu with mulmul cloth and you need to get rid of the extra water for that place something heavy on top of it. Then dice the dry tofu into cubes.

STEP -8: Next, add all the veggies to the same pan saute for 3-5 mins, add the tamari coat and mix well. Now add the rice and tofu again into the mixture.
